Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DashZest (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DashZest lets you connect third-party analytics and advertising accounts to view your metrics and generate reports. Features, plans, and limits may change as the Service evolves.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Connected accounts

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for any data you connect to DashZest, including your clients' accounts. You can disconnect any account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, reselling it without permission, infringing others' rights, or violating any third-party platform's terms while using DashZest.

5. Plans, billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and design, is owned by DashZest. Your data remains yours. You grant us the limited permissions needed to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party platforms

DashZest relies on third-party platform APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or data provided by those platforms, and access to their data is subject to their terms and availability.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashZest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law.
